Accepted 12th Exams for JEE Main

Includes CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, or an equivalent recognized board. Other accepted qualifications:

JEE Main 2025 Eligibility Marks in Class 12

To apply, a 75% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (65% for SC/ST) is required for NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs.

Eligibility for JEE Advanced

To appear in JEE Advanced, students need a top 2,50,000 JEE Main rank. The category-based seat distribution is:

GEN-EWS: 10%, OBC-NCL: 27%, SC: 15%, ST: 7.5%, OPEN: 40.5%, PwD: 5% horizontal reservation.

Eligibility for Repeaters

No age limit; must have passed Class 12 in 2023, 2024, or 2025.
Allowed three attempts.
